The existing billing platform was specifically enhanced with modern e-invoicing capabilities to meet current regulatory requirements and further advance the digitization of invoicing processes.
With the integration of e-invoicing, invoices can now be generated, processed, and transmitted entirely digitally. This reduces manual effort, speeds up processing times, and improves data quality throughout the entire billing process.
With support for the XRechnungsformat, Pfalzkom meets the requirements for electronic invoicing to public sector clients. Invoice data is provided in a structured and standards-compliant format, enabling automated processing on the recipient’s end.
The new e-invoicing features have been fully integrated into the existing OpenInformer platform. Existing billing logic and data flows remain intact and have been enhanced to include structured output of invoice data.
