bill-X GmbH (as the person responsible for processing) collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process in accordance with Article 88 (1) DGSVO in conjunction with Section 26 (1) BDSG-neu or in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. B (lit. F, if applicable) as part of the contract initiation process. Any further processing will not take place unless you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO

In case of non-provision, it is unfortunately not possible for us to consider you in the selection process for filling the advertised position. An automated decision-making process will not be used.
Your application documents will be forwarded within our company for examination; your personal data will not be passed on to external third parties as a matter of principle. If operationally necessary, external service providers are integrated as order processors (Art. 28 DSGVO) in accordance with data protection requirements. There is no transfer to a third country outside the EU and the EEA.
The application documents are stored by us for the duration of the application process. If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents will be deleted within 6 months of notification of the decision or, in the case of documents sent by post, returned or destroyed.
If bill-X GmbH concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the data submitted will be processed for the purpose of handling the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.
As an applicant, you are entitled to the following rights vis-à-vis us in accordance with Chapter 3 DSGVO:
Information, correction, deletion, blocking, data transfer and a right to restrict processing. Likewise, there is a right to the return of the data provided by you in a structured, common and machine-suitable format. There is also a right of revocation of consent and objection as well as a right of appeal to the supervisory authority.
A revocation of processing must be declared to the controller. In this case, your application can no longer be considered for the application process.
