COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We make our website available to you on a server operated by ourselves in Germany. The fonts used to operate our site are stored locally by us. Since personal data enjoys special legal protection, personal data on our website is only collected, processed and stored to the extent necessary to provide our website and services. The legal basis for the processing of personal data results from Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest). We have deliberately refrained from including a contact form on our website for the communication of further personal data such as name, address, email address or telephone number. We are happy for you to contact us directly via the contact data provided on our website if you are interested in our services or for inquiries. We assure you that we will protect the data then provided voluntarily and with your knowledge within the framework of the legal provisions. With each call, our website automatically collects data and information of the respective calling device, which are stored in the log files of the server. The following data may be collected

  1. the browser types and versions used
  2. the operating system used by the accessing system
  3. the website from which an accessing system arrives at our website (so-called referrer)
  4. the sub-websites that are accessed via an accessing system on our website
  5. date and time of the access
  6. the Internet protocol address (IP address)
  7. the Internet service provider of the accessing system and
  8. other similar data and information that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

BWhen using these general data and information, we do not draw any conclusions about the data subject. This information is rather required in order to

  1. to deliver the contents of our website correctly
  2. optimize the contents of our website
  3. to ensure the long-term functionality of our information technology systems and the technology of our website, and
  4. to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for prosecution in the event of a cyber attack.

The deletion of the aforementioned technical data takes place as soon as they are no longer needed to ensure the compatibility of the website, but no later than 2 months after calling up our website. We have commissioned the company avency GmbH (for address see imprint) with the domain administration and technical support of our website as an order processor. This means that all personal data can also be transmitted to them. Personal data processed during the use of the website will not be transmitted to third parties. In order to provide our services, in particular for the execution of our contracts or pre-contractual measures with you and the execution of your orders, as well as in the context of customer support and administration, we will collect and process further personal data from you. The legal basis arises in these cases for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) or to protect legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1. lit. f DSGVO). If you have given us consent to process personal data for specific purposes (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO), processing is based on your consent.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE USE OF COOKIES

Our web pages use cookies. Cookies are text files that a website stores on your computer’s hard drive during your visit. We use a Cookie Consent for cookie retrieval, which is technically required to manage cookie settings and is stored for 365 days. With prior consent, three cookies are also stored for web tracking by Google (see web analysis and website optimization), the storage period for these cookies is determined by Google.
Numerous websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters by which Internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited Internet pages and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific internet browser can be recognized and identified via the unique cookie ID.
Through the use of cookies, we can provide the users of our websites with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting.
Visitors to our websites can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by preventing the appropriate settings of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. In addition, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time using an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common Internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.

WEB ANALYTICS AND WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION

If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics on this website, a web analysis service (tracking tool) of the company Google Ireland Limited (registration number 368047). This technology enables us to maintain and expand our web offer. By means of reports we can measure and evaluate our web offer and optimize our content. For the protection of our users and partners, we can also detect and prevent fraud and security risks.
Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your activities on our website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of our website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Since the protection of your data is important to us, we have additionally extended Google Analytics with the configuration parameter “anonymizeIp”. Your IP address is only recorded in abbreviated form by the code. We therefore process your personal usage data anonymously. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about your person.
On our behalf, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with any other data held by Google. For more information on how Google processes your data when you visit websites, please visit ww.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/ or https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit a DSGVO. The recipient of the collected data is Google. The personal data is transferred to the USA under the EU-US Privacy Shield based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission. The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached takes place automatically once a month.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by preventing the storage of cookies through a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?1 http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout? Opt-out cookies prevent future collection of your data when visiting this website. To prevent collection by Universal Analytics across different devices, you must perform the opt-out on all systems used.
