The existing billing platform has been specifically expanded to meet modern requirements for electronic invoicing and automated payment processes.
Thanks to parallel support for ZUGFeRD and XRechnung, invoices can now be provided both as visually readable PDFs with embedded structured data and as pure XML files. This ensures that the diverse requirements of both business customers and public sector clients are equally met.
Depending on the recipient and use case, the appropriate invoice format can be selected automatically. This enables seamless integration into existing customer systems and significantly reduces manual reconciliation efforts.
Through the integration of CAMT.053 bank data, incoming payments are processed automatically and allocated to the corresponding invoices. This increases transparency in receivables management and significantly reduces manual posting efforts.
