Our ActiveDB will be present at the upcoming SPS trade fair in Nuremberg, and together with our partner B&R, we would like to invite you to a special demonstration of the power of digital twin technology in Industry 4.0.
In collaboration with B&R, we present a machine that throws a golf ball and catches it in a complex controlled ring. Eight motors control ropes attached to the ring, allowing precise control of the ring in real time.
The realtime monitoring of the engine control and other parameters is done in ActiveDB by bill-X. Our platform not only enables data aggregation, but also real-time visualization through an interface to augmented reality (Unity3D).
This demonstration is a practical example of how digital twin technology can revolutionize real-time control and monitoring in industrial automation. ActiveDB enables comprehensive product tracking and provides the foundation for other applications such as preventive maintenance, process optimization and much more.
