ActiveDB is based on a highly flexible, graph-based architecture in which living digital twins act as active control units.
Standardized protocols such as REST, MQTT, and the specially extended query language ADBQL (based on GQL) allow direct interaction with the data and models in ActiveDB.
In addition, the platform supports industry standards such as OPC UA and the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) – both for importing standardized data and for providing twins via interoperable interfaces.
This combination of open integration and domain-specific intelligence creates the basis for a consolidated, context-related data landscape on which companies can automate processes, integrate AI, and develop new digital business models.
