Data Protection Declaration
bill-X GmbH (as the data controller) collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application procedure pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. B (possibly lit. F) in conjunction with Art. 88 Para. 1 DGSVO and § 26 Para. 1 BDSG-neu. Any processing going beyond this will not take place or will take place only with your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
In the event of non-availability, it is unfortunately not possible for us to take you into consideration when selecting a candidate for the advertised position. An automated decision-making process will not be carried out.
Your personal data will not be passed on to external third parties. If operationally necessary, external service providers are integrated as contract processors (Art. 28 DSGVO) in compliance with data protection regulations.
Your application documents will be stored by us for the duration of the application process and will also be kept for 3 months for us being able answering any questions you may have. The documents will be deleted after this period has elapsed. Documents sent by post will be returned or destroyed after 3 months.
If bill-X GmbH concludes a contract of employment with an applicant, the transmitted data will be further processed for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.
As an applicant you are entitled to the following rights according to chapter 3 DSGVO.
Information, correction, deletion, blocking, data transmission as well as the right to restrict processing. You also have the right to have the data provided by you published in a structured, common and machine-suitable format. You also have the right to revoke your consent and object as well as the right to appeal to the supervisory authority.
Any revocation of the processing must be declared to the responsible authority. In this case, your application can no longer be considered for the application procedure.
